Maintain and comply with Inventory Control (Annex 24 and Annex 30). Verify compliance with CIVA and OAS certifications. Manage Scrap handling of import material. Coordinate virtual and sub manufacturing operations. Control and audit the electronic foreign trade file. Review customs agency service expense accounts and monitor monthly department spending. Identify benefits, opportunities, risks and modifications within the legal regulations applicable to the company's Foreign Trade operations. Verify that all the company's Foreign Trade activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable legal framework. How to thrive in this role? You have Minimum 3 years in similar positions. You hold a Bachelor's degree in international business, international trade or related field. You are able to maintain conversations in English (written and spoken). You have extensive knowledge of the IMMEX program and VAT & IEPS certification. You have knowledge of Customs Law and General Rules of Foreign Trade and its annexes. You have knowledge of supply chain security certifications such as CTPAT and OAS. You use of Office, intermediate or advanced Excel. You focused on results. You have ability to analyze complex databases. You are customer focus and can communicate clearly and successfully to ensure a great outcome. You are action oriented.
