Executive Assistant - Mandarin Speaking

SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Coventry (CV4) who are looking to recruit a Mandarin Speaking EA to join the team £35,000 - £40,000 Hybrid - 3 days in the office Job Overview: As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the CEO and the leadership team, managing a variety of tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in their daily activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of reports, agendas, and other documents for meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion. Facilitate communication and understanding between the UK team and our Chinese counterparts. Assist with cultural integration activities and initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High degree of professionalism and discretion
