This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Role Overview: We are looking for either qualified staff or candidates with experience working with SEN children. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to supporting and enhancing the educational experiences of students with a range of special needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support and care to students with SEN. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons and activities that meet the diverse needs of SEN students. Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.Requirements: Relevant qualifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant Certificate, SEN qualifications) or significant experience working with SEN children. A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
