Senior Consultant Process Reengineering CoE

The CTO function, as a robust capability that drives execution with a value realization focus, supports each Comex function in designing and implementing transformational initiatives and key projects while steering the overall transformation.The Senior Consultant, a key member of the team, will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles.The Senior Consultant will be responsible for:Providing effective support to the business across all topics of process reengineering needs, with a core focus on process simplification, standardization, and automation, as well as consideration of controls and how these controls can be preventative and automated.Rolling out the defined Process Management Framework and Process Reengineering unified approach across the organization (including methodologies, BPMN language, Process Taxonomy, tooling, etc.) through specific process reengineering initiatives, training, communication, and change management support.The key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Consultant include (and are not limited to):Interacting with all levels of management and collaborating with various departments to understand their unique process needs and challenges.Conducting comprehensive assessments on existing processes and KPIs, documenting existing processes, managing and analyzing data, and recommending enhanced business processes.Providing expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement.Providing guidance and advice to senior leaders on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes.Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support Operations processes.Supporting the further development and evolution of the process management framework and feedback loops with the business/process owners for a continuous improvements mindset and effective collaboration.Supporting the implementation of operational KPIs and reporting/monitoring mechanisms to deliver visibility, change management, and interact effectively (using data) with staff and senior leadership.Monitoring process reengineering timelines, coordinating with stakeholders and other internal partners (i.e., T&S BPs, Tech&Data, Automation Factory, ICS, etc.) to ensure value-add delivery within the agreed timelines.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cultivating a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement.Required experience and competencies:At least 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, business improvement, performance measurement, or project implementation.Demonstrated track record of reengineering business processes and driving adoption across an organization/department.Clear understanding of business process streamlining methodologies.Accredited in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies - preferable.Experience managing functional processes.Experience implementing continuous improvement processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bizagi (training will be provided).Must have experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and/or Kanban). #J-18808-Ljbffr
