Field Sales Executive

As an experienced Field Sales Executive, you will confidently tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of a diverse customer base. You will capitalise on every opportunity, turning inquiries into sales and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Location - The office is located in Bridgend and you will cover the South and West Wales regions. As a Field Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise sales in a challenging, target driven environment. Your core responsibilities will be: Prospecting and qualifying leads before planning, booking and attending customer visits Strategic planning, forecasting and pricing of all major works including price negotiations for all repeat works Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market Collaboration with other departments and divisions within the company Account management with both new and existing clients Skills and experience of a Field Sales Executive At least 2 years' experience Experience within the Construction industry (but not essential) Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build strong customer relationships Goal & results driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance. Has a proven track record in achieving targets Has the confidence to deal with decision-makers Has strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines Has excellent written, oral and communication skills Computer literate If you are a results-driven individual who takes ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success, with at least 2 years experience in Field Sales, this could be the perfect role for you.
