Project Manager (Freelance) Location: Birmingham Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 year (minimum) Rate: £300 p/day Project Manager - Birmingham I am working with a large contractor who specialises in large newbuild, refurbishment, cut & carve, industrial and retail projects. This project is a £15m manufacturing facility, which is a major scheme. Works involve; cut & carve, with elements of groundworks, such as concrete slabs demolition, major piling works, M&E and office fitout. You will be reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. Candidate Requirements They are looking for a project manager to lead the site team and manage subcontractors, whilst reporting into the visiting contracts manager. You will have experience of cut & carve projects, large schemes ranging up to and above £15m and experience of groundworks. Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualified
