Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Empowering Learning is currently seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in education and support students' learning and development. The position is available for an immediate start, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Role Overview: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and supporting the learning needs of students within the secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and contribute to the overall positive learning environment of the school.
