About the Role As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical services related to MEP for various commercial fit-out projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the smooth integration of technical services within the construction process. You'll be expected to manage the full lifecycle of MEP services, from design coordination to on-site installation and handover. Key tasks include ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing service delivery, mitigating risks, and troubleshooting any issues to guarantee project success.
