Job Title: Corporate Solicitor Location: Southampton Hours: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking and experienced Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading law firm, dedicated to career development and delivering high-quality legal services. This position entails working with a wide range of clients, predominantly ambitious entrepreneurs, and mid-market enterprises, helping them grow and succeed by navigating complex legal challenges. The team provides tailored advice on matters such as restructuring, business disposal, acquisitions, mergers, and corporate finance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Manage Caseload: Handle a mix of corporate matters, taking the lead on transactions suited to your experience level. * Support Partners: Assist on more complex, higher-value, and protracted matters, with scope for day-to-day responsibility under supervision. * Mentor Team Members * Professional Growth Requirements: * Qualified Professional: A Solicitor or Legal Executive with prior experience in Corporate Law matters. * Experience: Estimated 2-6 years of PQE, but open to those ready for an Associate role. * Proactive Approach: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work calmly under pressure. * Communication Skills: Great communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
