With a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, and Brokerages, Redstone Commodity Search can confidently offer you an edge in today’s volatile market.Redstone Commodity Search is working with a leading metals supplier looking to hire a Managing Director to join the strategy and sales team in Zurich.Key Responsibilities / TasksLead the development and execution of our growth strategy.Drive sales growth through new client acquisition, deal closing, and active participation in customer visits and exhibitions.Manage sales teams and oversee marketing campaigns, conferences, and exhibitions.Supervise operations at processing facilities in Europe, Africa, and Asia, ensuring efficiency.Monitor R&D strategy, oversee product development, and bring products to market.Key Qualifications / Experience7+ years of experience in international sales in the metal industry - Expertise in key industries such as Steel or Primary and/or Secondary Aluminium.BSc/MSc in STEM fields, preferably metallurgy or chemistry, with additional qualification in Business Administration -OR- a solid degree in Business with further education in a relevant technical discipline.Leadership experience in an international and complex environment with a successful track record.Strong business and sales acumen, with a proven track record of implementing new products.Highly self-motivated, demonstrating the drive to achieve and exceed set targets.Role Based In Zurich – Open to Relocation if viable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
