Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame and Groundworks North West London Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 About the company Our client has been trading for over 25 years, remains privately owned and is currently turning over around £120 million per annum specialising with in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks and demolition. Package values vary depending on works involved but their current largest scheme includes all of their specialist works and is estimated to value around £30 million. About the role Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £30m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships. About the requirements * This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork subcontractor. * Ideally be Degree educated within Quantity Surveying. * 4+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
