Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing business processes, proposing improvements, and ensuring smooth communication between different teams.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements from a diverse range of clients to develop detailed functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with technical teams and client representatives to design and implement software solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirementsParticipate in client meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and objectives, and provide expert guidance on potential technology solutionsIdentify opportunities for business process improvement across different industries and propose innovative solutions to address client needsFacilitate communication and collaboration between client stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful solution deliveryConduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimizationWork closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycleAbout you:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful client engagements across diverse industriesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and technology systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, business teams, and technical stakeholdersExperience working in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teamsSolid understanding of software development methodologies and experience working in Agile environmentsProficiency in English (written and spoken) is requiredOur hiring process:Phone call and HR interview with a Talent AcquisitionTechnical and managerial interview #J-18808-Ljbffr
