Senior Carer - Nursing Home Coventry GOOD CQC £12-£13 per hour I am currently recruiting for an experienced Care Assistant to work as a Senior Carer to work within a small, family-owned Nursing Home in Coventry. The home has been rated good by the CQC consistently since they opened 34 years ago and have a number of 5 star ratings and reviews. They provide high quality, person-centred end of life and general nursing care for 25 residents. They have a friendly and dedicated staff team including a Clinical Lead and Home Co-ordinator who have been with the home for a number of years and take great pride in the high quality, person-centred care that is delivered throughout the service. For this role it is essential that you have at least 2 years previous experience within care, ideally within nursing homes as well as previous experience working within a senior/ leadership role.
