Apply now! The main tasks: Work closely with the human resources team to formulate policies and procedures in compliance with Quebec laws. Design and implement human resources plans and programs in accordance with the company's objectives and strategies. Supervise the entire recruitment process in collaboration with the main manager. Guide and train new employees, thus ensuring their harmonious integration within the extended team. Manage benefits programs for team members. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and identify development opportunities. Advise managers on issues related to employee relations and disciplinary measures. Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and social events. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws. Accomplish all other human resources-related tasks contributing to the success of the team. Perform all other human resources-related tasks for the success of the team. Excellent bilingualism. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations for the province of Quebec and disability management in workplace Ability to work weekends or off hours when required Experience in a manufacturing, food or production environment (great asset).
