What You'll Do Leadership and Change Management:Lead by example and actively promote a culture of openness and adaptability.Address resistance to change by communicating the benefits and necessity of new processes or approaches.Foster an environment where continuous improvement is embraced, and team members feel motivated to evolve.Handling all Team members matters day to day.Team Development and Engagement:Encourage learning, development, and constructive feedback to prevent complacency.Pinpoint individual strengths and areas for growth, your guidance will ensure each team member not only reaches but surpasses their set targets.Support and implement weekly and monthly themes to drive results and morale within the department.Support the onboarding and training of new account executives by leading training sessions, providing coaching, answering questions, and acting as a trusted source of information.Process Implementation and Enforcement:Develop and set clear processes for the team to follow, ensuring consistency and efficiency.Ensure these processes are well-documented, understood, and adhered to by all team members.Monitor the application of processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Performance and Metrics Monitoring:Establish clear activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the team's performance, productivity, and overall progress.Regularly review and analyse these metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize team performance.Provide feedback to team members based on metric reviews, celebrating successes and addressing performance gaps constructively.About youProven track record of success in outbound sales, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for inspiring others and driving results.
