Our client seek to appoint a Project Manager to join a design-led manufacturer who provide bespoke furniture solutions within the high end residential and hospitality fields. Due to continued and sustained growth we are looking to add an experienced Project Manager with a flair for time management and excellent organisational skills, to join our talented team. Reports to:  Associate Director Job Purpose:  To drive and develop project activities, manage, schedule, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members as well as across departments.  Key Areas of Responsibility 1. Assisting and supporting the Associate Director, Projects, and other team members. 2. Processing Sales orders and generating comprehensible specifications for design and production 3. Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from start through to production 4. Monitoring the project schedule overseeing due dates and workshop completion dates 5. Providing support within the Projects Team 6. Liaising with clients to ensure all critical information is understood and transferred to the company scheduling system and specifications 7. Liasing with Associate Director, other Project Manager and Project Team – identifying project risks to ensure projects run smoothly 8. Providing input into the planning process 9. Cross checking Client PO’s against the company's invoicing and ensuring all aspects of projects from Sampling, COM chasing and quality control are managed to achieve stable project health. 10. Communicate pertinent information between management, team members and clients  Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Behaviours 1. Extremely organised and focused 2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 3. Aptitude for / knowledge of furniture making 4. Proficiency in Microsoft suite 5. Propensity for multi-tasking  6. Deadline driven and willingness to develop operational processes
