About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive daily salary of £85-£100. The role has become available due to an exciting expansion in our SEN department, reflecting our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional support for our students. As a key member of our team, you will be working with a small class of 8-10 students, ensuring personalised attention and tailored educational experiences. Application Requirements: • Experience working with children with ASD. • Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs is advantageous. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASD. • Assist in developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs). • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Support students’ academic and social development.
