HR Advisor - Temporary for 3-6 Months Have you got at least 5 years HR experience looking for a new challenge to start immediately? We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a company based in Worthing on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. This role is paying an hourly rate between £16.92 per hour. Hours can be full time (Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week) or part time (25-30 hours a week, spread across 3 to 4 days or 5 shorter days). This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Hove and Portslade; therefore, you must be a driver. Duties will include but not be limited to: Delivering a comprehensive HR advisory service to managers across the company in line with company policies and procedures Managing HR processes within the business, such as changes to T&Cs of business contracts and the Employee Relations caseload across the company Managing HR systems including all relevant employment documentation, sickness, recruitment, and training records Producing reports and collating relevant employee information to provide to the external benefit providersTo be successful for this position, you must have at least 5 years plus recent HR experience at Advisor level or above. You must have experience of dealing with Employee Relations issues, as well as re-writing Job descriptions. They are interviewing from the 28th May so apply now!!
