Survey Manager

Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc., an award winning, multi-disciplinary engineering firm has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our company as aSurvey Manager.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Management and expansion of Survey Department
• Marketing, business development and management of client relationships
• Planning and coordination of all survey projects
• Conduct field surveys
• Boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
• Prepare Legal Descriptions
• Adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Mentor junior staff members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key qualifications to this position are:

• Must be a Professional Land Surveyor in PA; New Jersey license is desirable
• Minimum 10 years work experience is desirable
• Capable of performing, reviewing and certifying Boundary, Topographic, Construction and As-Built surveys
• Familiarity with conducting surveys using PennDOT standards is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroStation is also desirable
• Proficient using Total Station, Robotics, GPS, RTK, and other survey equipment
• Experience performing hydrographic surveys is desirable
