In the case of Network Planning, our pre-sales team members play an active part in the sales process including supporting opportunity identification, completing RFPs, convincing the customer to choose Amadeus (via demos, benchmarks, etc.), and supporting the negotiation / contracting processAre you up for the challenge? Your main responsibilities Technical validationUnderstand customer technical needs and requirementsProactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirementsAssess customers’ met and unmet needsRecommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and firmTechnical integrationLeverage deep product knowledge to drive customization and integration of new applicationsTroubleshoot functional/integration issuesDefine technical specifications for new softwareAssesses the performance of new software applicationsIdentify potential product/process improvement areasDemo deliveryCoordinate with Sales team on demo timingsBuild and deliver advanced custom demosCreate the proof of concepts and pilotsConfigure software to meet customer needsInternal communication & alignmentCoordinate with internal sales team to align solution design with customers’ business requirements Ensure alignment with Solution expert on what the customer needsAlert Solution Experts and Account Manager of potential technology and integration risks to product installationProvides guidance to non-technical staff on how to use new applications effectively About our ideal candidate Extensive experience in network planning and flight scheduling (e.g., roles in sales, consulting, delivery, product management,...)Airline industry experience required; specifically, a deep understanding of the processes by which airlines develop networks and publish flight schedules.
