As a leading B2B SaaS platform engaging with audiences ranging from financial analysts to C-level business leaders, you’ll play a key role in increasing our brand awareness and recognition by creating and managing content across Pigment’s social media channels.In this role, you’ll be encouraged to bring new and creative ideas to the table, working with internal teams to develop high-quality content across various media formats, including text, images and video. You will have the opportunity to inform and shape Pigment’s social media strategy, contributing to the overall growth of Pigment’s brand across social media channels.What You Will Do:Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple media formats that aligns with Pigment’s brand in collaboration with internal teamsPlan, coordinate and manage Pigment’s social media content including company news, thought leadership, events, and industry trendsAssist in managing Pigment’s organic social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedInMonitor industry news, competitor activity, and social media trends to identify opportunities to create relevant, timely contentEnsure all content is consistent in tone, style and voiceContribute ideas for new and creative ways to boost engagement and differentiate Pigment from competitors on social mediaTrack, analyze and report on key social media metrics, offering insights to inform content and strategyWho You Are:You are passionate about social media marketing and how it can be used to build and engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and contribute to business growthYou have an understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedInYou are an excellent communicator - both verbal and written - with an understanding of how to create engaging content that’s consistent in tone, style and voiceFamiliar with design tools such as Figma or Canva, and can use them to create high-quality, visually appealing contentCreatively driven but also analytical, can use data to measure performance and inform content strategiesA collaborative team player that’s also comfortable getting stuck in and taking ownership of projectsYou proactively look for new ways to generate fresh ideasExperience creating content on LinkedIn - whether for other brands or personal projects - is a plusHow We Work:Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
