Job title - Administrator / Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Worcester - working in Worcestershire Royal Hospital
Hybrid: 5 days in the first few weeks and after that, when trained in the role, working 2-3 days a week from home if you prefer
Contract length: 6 months + possible extensions for the right person (and the possibility of temp to perm)
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
Rate: £14-£15ph (depending on experience) PAYE - Inside IR35
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a global medical technology company. They provide innovative and cost effective medical equipment and solutions, which assist the advancement of healthcare.
About the Role
You would join a small, friendly team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
The position will support the administration functions of the service. This will involve communication with internal and external service stakeholders, providing support to colleagues and ensuring that all assigned tasks and responsibilities are performed accurately and efficiently. An element of the position is to provide support to the management team when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the helpdesk/servicing side, acting as the primary point of contact for internal customers (hospital staff).
* Schedule and coordinate equipment servicing appointments, ensuring convenient dates and times for staff.
* Process service report sheets, accurately interpreting and utilising the information contained within.
* Handle incoming calls, logging them effectively on the laptop system.
* Maintain clear and concise communication through phone calls and emails.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Calm and professional phone manner.
* Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Willingness to learn and adapt.
