Digital Designer

Tempeo is representing an exciting brand local to Northampton, they require a Digital Designer with a major focus on Conversation Rate Optimisation, you’ll need to have a unique blend of creative flair and analytical thinking. You'll need to communicate effectively with their broad range of customers, converting health and wellness products into visually stimulating, relatable campaigns. This role is about more than just creating pretty visuals. It’s about presenting our brand and products in the most relatable and engaging way, driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design and execution of visually compelling digital campaigns from concept to completion, focusing on high conversion rates and effective messaging. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to align designs with overall business strategies. * Analyse the effectiveness of your designs through customer feedback and data-driven metrics, constantly iterating to improve results. * Help build the brand’s digital presence across websites, apps, social media, email, and other digital channels. What You’ll Bring: * A passion for digital design that goes beyond aesthetics, focusing on what converts and resonates with customers. * Experience in e-commerce, designing digital campaigns that drive results. * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, or similar tools. * Strong understanding of customer-centric design and a data-driven approach to optimising your work
