Project Manager - Real Estate Development

Our client is a successful real estate development company located in Markham and they have an excellent opportunity for a Project manager – Real Estate Development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and provide analytical, research, and presentation support to the team. The candidate should possess exceptional business acumen and impeccable analytical, communication, and organizational skills and have a background in civil engineering, architect or planning. Duties & Responsibilities: Preparing invoices Preparing RFPs Creating presentations Compiling due diligence files Drafting email content and documents Completing various forms such as Pre-consultation, OPA, ZBA, etc. Updating and editing the Miro platform Conducting project research Communicating and following up with consultants Communicating and following up with cities and municipalities Picking up and delivering documents and reports Booking pre-consultation meetings Preparing lectures for the academy Construction Project Management Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture or related field 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Real estate developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills Strong time management and prioritization skills Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, multitask, and meet tight deadlines High proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools and technologies Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently Must be legally entitled to work in CanadaBeing able to work with software such as Asana, AutoCAD, Miro, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project), Canva, etc. Experience in construction Project Management is an asset
