Oracle PeopleSoft Functional Consultant We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with extensive experience in configuring and customizing Payroll and Time and Labour modules. We are expecting this to be a long term commitment with our client working remotely.Must Have Skills:7+ years of PeopleSoft functional experience, focusing on Payroll and Time and Labour modules.Strong configuration experience with Payroll, & Time & Labour modulesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft HCM modules.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Experience working with a payroll processing organization.Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Careers and Succession, Learning Management, and Health Safety and Wellness.Education/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Nice to have:Fusion HCM experience.Techno/functional experience.PeopleSoft related certifications (specifically Payroll & T&L).Responsibilities:Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules, specifically Payroll and Time and Labour.Perform PeopleSoft application upgrades using PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) with Image updates.Conduct PeopleTools upgrades and ensure the system's performance and reliability.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing functional and technical solutions.Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft HCM modules. Provide end-user support and training as needed.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
