Job Title:- Teacher (Alternative Education) Location:- Thrapston Permanent/Full Time Location High Wycombe Salary:?£30,000 to £40,000 (Based on teaching experience) Plus valuable Benefits Role Overview Trigon Recruitment are working with an outstanding provider of alternative education and are currently seeking a Teacher to work in their High Wycombe campus. Our client is on the lookout for dynamic and creative Teachers to join our alternative education community! At Thrapston we support approximately 35 pupils on roll to ensure that we can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment, specifically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting. The school consists of a core team of the Head of School, Deputy Head of School, five teachers, and five support staff. Further support is also provided by regional and national staff, who work with a number of schools across our group. Role Requirements Teachers - to hold QTS/QTLS Tutors – to have a degree or equivalent Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care. Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies A commitment to holistic student development Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives A good understanding of Ofsted Engaging teaching style Strong classroom management skills Experience teaching in an alternative provision setting would be an advantage Our client are passionate about developing our staff as well as our students.
