Sheridan Maine is delighted to partner with an esteemed organisation in West Sussex, seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving business performance.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

• Track weekly operational performance metrics and ensure progress on cost-saving initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.
• Prepare and evaluate capital investment proposals, conduct post-implementation reviews, and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyse product and customer profitability to support pricing and margin decisions and explain monthly production variances and their impact on financial performance.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to provide clear financial insights, helping them understand the financial impact of projects, new processes, and materials.
• Coordinate the budgeting process, facilitate performance reviews, and work with the supply chain team to promote continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

 
The successful Finance Business Partner:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a finance business partner role or similar.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous FMCG or manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
