RequirementsTo be considered, you'll need: A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it). Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre. Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Budget and financial accountability experience. Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, along with a valid Working with Children check.
