Our focus on quality and player satisfaction drives us to make games that our players love and we're proud to work on.If you're ready to join us on our journey and share our passion, then let's create something amazing together!Job DescriptionAs a Senior Concept Artist, you will work closely with our Game Art Lead to create pre-production roughs and concepts for our core game title, a multiplayer 3D sports-arena game for PC and Console. Your role is essential in shaping the visual identity of our game and bringing it to life through your artistic vision.You will be required to deliver high-quality materials within specified deadlines, ensuring they serve as invaluable references for other artists on the production team, and adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to an agile creative process.What you will do:Visual Concept Generation: Create preliminary concepts / moodboard / characters / environment / splash art / illustrations to help the team better define the visual identity of the project and communicate this visionPractical Art: Participate in the development of technical specifications for environments and characters to facilitate modeling/animationCreativity Ideation: Demonstrate creativity and adaptability to different game styles and various graphic styles, while maintaining the game’s unique visual identityFeedback Integration: Work under the Game Art Lead's guidance, iterate on designs, and meet project goals and timelinesArt Asset Planning: Strategically plan art asset creation for characters, environments, and propsPassion for Concept Art: Demonstrate a genuine passion for concept art and a commitment to continuous skill improvementWho you'll interact with:You will report to our Lead Art and work closely with the rest of the programming, art and design team.QualificationsWho you are:A minimum of 7 years experience in Concept Art or related roles (AA/AAA projects or games published on mobile platforms)Excellent artistic and technical skill sets (concept art, illustration, high-resolution sculpting/modelling, UI design)Expertise with 2D production tools (knowledge of rendering engines and of compositing is an asset)Technical expertise with the main graphics engines on the market (knowledge of UE5 and Unity)Able to adapt to different management/data-monitoring systems (GIT, Perforce, etc.)Open, curious, self-critical, and passionate;Effective communication and the ability to work autonomously while seamlessly collaborating with the team.Additional InformationIn order to consider your application, we require your portfolio or samples of your work (demos, animations, images, websites, etc.).
