Our clients are some of the most creative people in the industry and rightfully the most demanding.Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented Software Developer, Infrastructure, to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our software products. This role is essential for designing, implementing, and maintaining our hybrid cloud infrastructure while occasionally contributing to our application software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, infrastructure management, and software development.ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage scalable and secure hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions.Monitor and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.Implement best practices for hybrid cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery.Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.Collaborate with the software development team to design and develop application features and functionalities.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.Work closely with software developers, QA, and Product teams to ensure seamless hybrid cloud infrastructure and application software integration.Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.Propose innovative solutions to improve our hybrid cloud infrastructure and application software.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proficient in cloud infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management in cloud environments.Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with distributed and diverse teams.Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions.Can demonstrate substantial autonomy, comfort with decision-making, and an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.What We OfferA dynamic and creative company culture, which you will help evolve over time.Salary based on experience.Occasional remote work possible.4 weeks of paid vacation.A competitive collective insurance.Attractive career opportunities.Equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender (m/f/x).Creative and brilliant colleagues.Language & InclusivityThe candidate must possess fluent proficiency in English communication skills as day-to-day business will be conducted with international clients, including but not limited to the US market, European Market, Asia Pacific, etc. Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture.
