Facade Operations Manager

Operations Manager needed for Main Contractor in Essex - Office based. Facades, cladding, fire barrier, A2 FR, on all residential and commercial based projects. Family run business who are excelleing in the current market require a Operations Manager to complete there current successful team. This position requires: • A minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management and project management. • Expertise in project planning. • Financial management and budgeting experience. • Experience in façades, cladding remediation, SFS, window installation, and curtain walling. • Essential skills in contracting management and client negotiation. • Assisting the pre-construction team in producing site set-up, methodology of works, and compliance from the main contractor's perspective. This position offers a competitive salary between £90,000-£110,000 plus package
