This includes the overall branch operations including customer satisfaction and teammate engagement, financial performance, inventory management, operational adherence to policy, growth in wallet and market share, and general maintenance and appearance of the branch. In addition, the Branch Manager must be committed to upholding our Code of Ethics and Conduct with every interaction.How you Contribute to Noble's SuccessLeadershipParticipate in recruitment, selection, and development of your team to drive growth within your branch’s market positionProvide leadership and guidance to your team to deliver on Noble’s service commitmentEngage in coaching conversations with teammates to create a culture of feedback, support, and positive influenceProvide a fair and consistent compensation structure that strives to attract, motivate, and retain teammatesMentor and impart knowledge to trainees in order to support their career developmentAct with honesty and integrity, maintain a strong sense of character and humbleness, lead by example, and exemplify our Code of Ethics and ConductSales and Financial AcumenReview reports and develop action plans to increase your branch’s sales performance and customer satisfactionBuild new customer relationships, manage existing ones, and build loyalty within your marketDirect Sales Representatives to new sales and margin opportunitiesEvaluate current metrics and communicate how they impact current profit-sharing dollarsPrepare and present an annual forecast reviewBranch Governance & OperationsEnsure work is conducted in compliance with Health and Safety Policies and legislationRoutinely inspect your workplace and your team’s work habits with a focus on improving safety standards and proceduresEnsure your entire team abides by operational and health and safety procedures in line with Noble’s policiesMaintain safety standards and legislative requirements for the building, fleet, and equipmentUtilize technological software to prepare reports, presentations, input employee information, and process employee requestsPerform other job-related duties as required to support the branchMust Haves and Nice to HavesYou Must Have:Completion of a University Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum five (5) years' managerial experience with a demonstrated record of strong leadership and motivational abilityMinimum five (5) years' experience in Plumbing/HVAC wholesale industry with established experience in salesStrong understanding of business acumen and technical competencies in preparing budgets, reading financial reports, and analyzing dataKnowledge and experience in change management of operational proceduresAbility to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environmentExperience with conflict-resolution and problem-solving in an environment with multiple stakeholders and balancing prioritiesProven ability to provide day-to-day leadership by effectively delegating responsibilities and providing consistent follow-upCommitment towards ensuring a safe working environment for staff and customersExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProof of strong work ethic and determination to achieve successExceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility, and self-motivationHighly engaged and active with a strong entrepreneurial spiritCompetent knowledge base of Occupational Health and Safety StandardsValid Ontario Driver’s License with consistent access to a personal vehicleWho We AreFrom our beginning as a plumbing supplier, Noble has grown to serve the trade in HVAC, Hydronics, Industrial, and Fire Protection.
