The Job Area Sales Manager - Vision Systems   The Company:  Cash rich, leading supplier of Control & Automation equipment who have excellent partnerships with leading manufacturers.  Looking to strengthen machine vision sales team with the recruitment of a high calibre Sales Manager.  Responsible for managing a small team and selling a portfolio of hardware and software associated with vision systems, sensors and bar code readers.  Offer manufacture training through a mixture of internal and external courses.   Opportunity to develop within the business, getting valuable experience in the automation sector.   The Role of the Area Sales Manager - Vision Systems  Field based role working for a company who specialise in the supply of automation components and systems.  Working from home and managing a small team.  You will go to customer sites and sell solutions into the Factory Automation environment.  Lots of work in the F&B & Automotive industries etc...  Effectively be the “go to” person for vision applications.  Covering the South of the UK – home based, flexible working role.  4 days per week on the road with 1 from home on a Monday or Friday.  Benefits of the Area Sales Manager - Vision Systems  £40k-£45k basic salary  £10k-£14k OTE  Pension  25 Days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays – rising with length of service  Company car or car allowance  Membership to a health and wellbeing cashback scheme   Life Assurance of 2 times salary  Benefits package with enhanced paternity and maternity leave  The Ideal Person for the Area Sales Manager - Vision Systems  Ideally from an Electrical, Electronic or possibly Mechanical engineering background.  Knowledge of vision systems and coding.  Broad automation engineering exposure.  Looking for strong field sales experience.  Very personable with strong account business development skills.  Hard working, self-motivated, outgoing, confident, team player.  If you think the role of Area Sales Manager - Vision Systems is for you, apply now!  Consultant: Darren Wrigley  Email: (url removed)  Tel no.
