Complaints Officer - London Title: Complaints Officer Contract Type: Temp to fixed term contract Location: Stratford or Kent Hybrid working with 2/3 days being home based Salary: £23951 Hours: 35 hours per week Shifts: Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am - 8pm (usually 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, or 10am - 6pm) Please note: Early applications are encouraged. Control of your own caseload and be responsible for a positive outcome for the customers. Maintaining excellent written outcomes for the customer complaints.Skills & Experience required as a Complaints Officer: Strong time management and able to work to deadlines. Able to work in a team and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Great customer service with strong empathy. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
