SW-007-Bris007 Site Administrator £16 - £20 per hour Freelance 10 – 12 weeks Based in Bristol Join a leading regional construction company that works across the south of England who specialise in infrastructure and civils work as well as education, retail and commercial works. They are currently seeking an experience Site Administrator for an immediate start. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Scanning and uploading documents to Viewpoint * Processing hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input along with supporting the management team. Job Details: * You will be tasked with inputting information into systems, predominantly using Excel and Microsoft Word * Responsible for generating reports * Supporting the commercial team, reconciling invoices (when needed) * Cross-checking paperwork in preparation for payments * Document management and control * Answering the telephone/taking messages * Basic administration tasks Requirements: * Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrator * You must be organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic project environment * Previous experience in a similar environment is highly desirable for the ideal candidate * Strong customer service experience Next step to apply for this role: As a candidate with site experience, you will already know the technical specifications of this role, but following your application of interest, you will: To achieve the upper end pay band the ideal candidate would need to have good experience of onsite experience. 3D Personnel Ltd specialise in working within the construction sector where we work with companies who design, construct and maintain the built environment.
