About the role: Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and guiding children through their early years of education? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a wonderful primary school located in the heart of Colindale, London. This is a full-time, long-term position, perfect for a dedicated teacher eager to make a real difference! As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children in Years 1 and 2. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, innovative lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential. • A passion for child development and education. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • A commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners. • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods where necessary. • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the emotional and social development of all students. • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of children. • Maintain accurate records and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
