As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a part-time, Member Experience Representative in our Thessalon market.The Member Experience Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing our members' experience by collaborating with their branch team and internal partners. Their primary focus is to address member inquiries, analyze individual needs, and guide members in utilizing a diverse range of products and services tailored to meet their specific requirements.
