We strongly believe in the 5 values of fairness, persistence, collaboration, client-centricity, and reliability; using these to measure every business decision and as a compass as to how we treat each other and our clients. The Media Manager at Elemental will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns with a strong emphasis on Performance Media and digital channels. Reporting to the Media Director, the Media Manager will be responsible for driving successful outcomes for clients by utilizing data-driven insights and innovative digital strategies across search, social, programmatic, video, and more. While traditional media experience is a plus, digital fluency and performance media focus are key for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and cultivate internal and external relationships through regular and clear communication.Mentor and develop a high-performing media team.Oversee execution of media plans including channel optimizations.Seek to find innovative ways to implement media to deliver the unexpected.Stay abreast of new media innovations and bring ideas on how best to put into practiceImprove strategies for paid media clients that result in the client exceeding their goals.Be an active participant in pitching new business and presenting to clients with expectation to grow their accounts.Understand changes to the marketplace and industry, adjusting client Paid Media strategies accordingly.Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and agency partners.Have a strong working knowledge of agency and industry systems and tools.Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for client campaigns.Implement comprehensive performance tracking and data analysis systems to continuously evaluate and enhance the ROI of media campaigns.Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation with new media platforms, technologies, and methodologies.Engage actively in industry events and conferences to represent the agency and stay abreast of industry developments.Initiate and manage partnerships with emerging media platforms and technology vendors to gain early access to innovative advertising solutions.QUALIFICATIONS:7+ years of experience working in media across all channels (search, social, programmatic, video, etc.)5+ years’ experience in managing a team of performance marketers and planners, preferably at an agency. Experience managing and planning multi-channel media for large budgets.In-depth experience executing full-funnel campaigns of varying objectives (i.e., awareness, prospecting, retargeting, acquisition, etc.).Ability to understand the details of client goals and be able to translate into broader strategic campaigns for leadership and the greater team.Clear communicator with strategic insights and the ability to create buy-in across the organization.Digitally savvy: uses digital and social media, demonstrates passion about emerging media, Google Analytics, ability to search and research topics, etc.Strong communication skills both written and presenting.
