Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm | Join a Dynamic Team in Kettering (NN14) Are you looking for a hands-on role with the potential for a permanent position? Gap Personnel is partnering with a fantastic client in Kettering, NN14, and we’re on the lookout for motivated individuals to join their Warehouse team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis! Why You’ll Love This Role: Work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment Opportunities for growth and development in a stable industry Competitive pay at £12.76 per hour Key Responsibilities: Order Picking: Accurately pick products to meet daily targets Stock Movement: Efficiently move stock around the warehouse Loading/Unloading: Handle goods with care, ensuring quality control Quality Assurance: Ensure every product meets our high standards Team Support: Assist with goods in/out and work within the production team Record Keeping & Cleaning: Maintain clear, accurate records and help keep the warehouse in tip-top shape Safety Focus: Follow health & safety regulations to keep yourself and your colleagues safe Note: This role is physically demanding and involves manual tasks. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: Shift can start as early as 05:00 AM to 14:00 PM or a late shift available 15:00 PM to 00:00 PM 37.5 hours per week What You Need to Bring: Previous Warehouse Experience: Familiarity with picking and stock control preffered Practical Skills: Ability to demonstrate hands-on skills Numeracy Skills: Counting and accuracy are key! Team Player: Work well under pressure and hit deadlines Self-Starter: Capable of working independently when needed Bonus: Own transport is highly beneficial due to the location. Interested?
