YOUR ROLE

Would you like to bring consistency and convergence to a fragmented solution portfolio with a talent for leading multi-cultural teams across geographies? Would you like to lead the digital customer experience platform integration in our Ground business?

If so, we have the opportunity to join CEVA Logistics as Head of Architecture & Partner Integration with a mission to harmonize customer and carrier integration across geographies, delivering them faster and running them at a best-in-class cost.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You head the design authority for all ground TMS products.
• You lead partner (customer and carrier) integration teams for major ground TMS' (Europe, Nortam, and APAC).
• You promote & implement global messaging standards ('uniform manifest') across TMS factories.
• You are the owner of the global Ground application portfolio, in charge of application rationalization initiatives.
• You coordinate application integration with the CEVA product lines (air & ocean, contract logistics, and finished-vehicle logistics) (TMS to WMS integration).
• You are the owner of Data & Digital product integrations for Ground globally.
• You lead digital customer experience platform integration with ground TMS.
• You coordinate tracking & visibility solution integration with TMS.
• You are the owner of ground TMS integration to CEVA’s digital customer platform.
• You lead a global team across locations in North America, Europe, and APAC (approximately 20-30 heads).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have 10-20 years of senior experience in a similar role.
• You have a background in application integration and EDI/API for partner integration.
• You are customer-centric. You put the customer first at the core of your business.
• You have excellent communication skills and you are culturally aware.
• You can implement strategies for effecting and controlling change and helping people to adapt to change.
• You have proficiency in business English.

• You receive a competitive salary and are eligible to receive a 20% bonus in this role.

• In this role, you will work hybrid (4 days office and 1 day remote).
