As a Senior Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for you and your team networking within your given region and specialism, providing an honest, high-end service to your market. Supporting new recruits in understanding our approach to recruitment Giving great advice to your colleagues as to how they can improve their technique Taking responsibility for leading business development Lead by example, living by the Chase & Holland principles – Honesty, Passion and Courage  Required Skills & Experience: To be considered for this role you must have a genuine interest in building relationships with both your candidates and clients Strong background working within a recruitment role (or potentially in a Supply Chain & Procurement role and wanting to make the transition into recruitment) Naturally confident communicating with people of all levels Able to present a positive outlook at all times A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career A university level degree is preferred but not essential Naturally, you will be a resilient person who has both drive and ambition to succeed To succeed in recruitment you will be energetic, self-motivated and able to work often to tight deadlines. If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Senior Recruitment Associate opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
