Recruitment Resourcer

Recruitment Resourcer Manchester £25,000 + Bonus Full-time, Fixed Term We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer who will work with job seekers to support them to identify and apply for job vacancies across the region. You will make outbound calls to employers to identify live vacancies which can be promoted to the job seekers.  You will ensure each job seeker’s CV and application is up to the standard required, you will help with interview preparation and you will keep in contact with the job seekers to record their progress whilst updating their record once they find employment. You will have previous outbound sales experience; you have experience working to target and be able to hit the ground running in finding potential employers to contact using jobs boards and social media to identify new opportunities.
