Housing Officer

Our client is looking to recruit a Housing Officer £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, based in Enfield The Role: As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for providing a housing management service to the service users living in managed services. You will provide support to services in relation to health and safety, maintenance, housing and tenancy issues. You’ll also provide specific support and advice to individuals who use services with housing matters The Housing Officer role will be supporting our services located in the Enfield area ability to travel is essential. Experience and Skills: Housing Officer * Supporting prospective service with all aspects of the moving in/out process, to ensure that people can make an informed decision about whether to move in or move out * Ensuring that individuals are maximising their benefits, including supporting them to make claims and liaising with the Dept of Work and Pensions * Providing support to ensure that individuals can maintain their tenancies, * Ensure that accommodation remains fit for purpose, well maintained, suitable for the individual residents and health & safety checks Please contact us immediately if you are an experienced Housing Officer.
