Asbestos Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor and an Asbestos Analyst to join a great company, that is offering realistic progression opportunities. The successful individual will be responsible for carrying out a range of surveying and analytical work around the northern Ireland locations. Roles & Responsibilities: * Undertake Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Reinspection surveys on various building types – commercial, industrial, domestic * Undertake 4 stage clearances, smoke test, background, leak, reassurance, and personal air testing * Building and maintaining good relationships with co-workers and clients * Maintaining a consistent, professional attitude at all times whilst representing the company Role Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year’s site experience as a qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst * BOHS P402/403/404 Qualified, or RSPH equivalent * Flexible working approach to commuting and out of hours work * Confident with technology and use of onsite data collection tools, emails and calendar use, ideally being familiar with TEAMS (but is not essential) * Full UK driving license * Good eye for detail and able to work under pressure Qualifications & Experience * P402/403 and 404 or equivalent * Excellent communication skills * Be fluent in both verbal and written English * Experience in a range of property sectors * In return we offer a competitive salary (£36,000-£38000 D.O.E), 20 days annual leave plus all bank holidays, a fully expensed company vehicle and fuel card, mobile phone & tablet for all survey requirements
