Global Payroll Manager

Our reputable client is seeking a Payroll Manager to join the company. This Payroll Manager will help achieve standards that are necessary for growth within the financial department and will be responsible for work on tax-related tasks, such as W2 forms, preparing reports and updating policies. Then this may be the role for you!Responsibilities- Manage payroll tax audits and liaise with auditors- Create reports and ensure accuracy of records- Manage and train payroll clerks and assistants- Answer payroll-related questions and resolve issues- Regulate system upgrades and the processing of payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises)- Build systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g., salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments)- Manage timekeeping and payroll systems- Collaborate with accounting and Human Resources (HR) teams- Comply with internal policies and relevant laws- Sound understanding of current payroll procedures and related laws- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field- Organizational and leadership skills- 5+ years of payroll experience- Compliance knowledge- Knowledge of multi-location payroll and taxes- Skillful in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- 2+ years of proven leadership experience as a payroll manager or similar role- CPP, CPM, or other related professional certifications is a plus- Ample knowledge of various payroll applicationsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
