The Gear Centre Off Highway is looking for a full timeInside Sales Representative / Parts Personto work in our Mississauga Branch.

Position Overview:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and parts knowledge to all existing and potential new customers via email, telephone and/or in-person inquiries
• Locating required parts through catalogues (electronic and printed)
• Sourcing and ordering parts
• Preparing quotes and invoicing product to customers
• Shipping and receiving of parts and components
• Organizing the prompt delivery of goods to customers
• Determine customer needs and provide information about additional products or services offered by the group of companies

• 1-3 years of counter sales experience in a parts, retail or customer service environment
• Some mechanical aptitude
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Self-Starter who takes the initiative to get things done
• Fluent in both English and French (both written and verbal) would be considered an asset
• Must possess a valid drivers license with an acceptable drivers abstract
