LEVEL 1-2 DESKTOP/TECHNICAL SUPPORTCONTRACT ROLELOCATION- MONTREAL QUE. on siteBILINGUAL(FRENCH/ENGLISH)..MANDATORYROLE HIGHLITESProvide 1st /2nd line technical support to INTERNAL(multiple corporate locations)/EXTERNAL(various retail locations) end user(s)Engage with C-level executives. support as needed.Work towards achieving SLA targets for the service disciplines (incident and request)Prioritising and managing workload effectively, configuration while maintaining ITIL standards using Service Now for SOP.Take ownership of assigned incidents/requests, resolving , providing clear /regular updates on progress of assigned, through closureABOUT YOUMust have clear demonstrated key characteristics of a support enthusiastAttention to detailTime managementAptitude for technologyEnjoys serving customersMust be an effective communicator ,very strong at documentingUnderstanding the tools:Microsoft365SharefileDropboxGoogleAWSAzure ADIntuneCopilotNetworking /Printers… Home networking… Work from home environmentsMust have relevant certifications (ITIL, M365 Modern Work, etc)
