Intermediate/Senior ICI Estimator

Position Title: Intermediate/Senior Civil EstimatorReporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Chief Estimator.Salary: $75,000 - $100,000ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret specifications and drawings; oversee tender closings.Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.Prepare estimates for various facets of civil works.Coordinate and manage RFQs for subtrades and suppliers.Define scope of work for all trades involved.Conduct pre-tender site visits.Prepare tender documents and prequalification submissions.Support purchasing activities.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in estimating.Prior experience in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) sector is essential.Salary will be commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
