Part Time Export Sales Administrator required for a manufacturing company based in GL2. Working 25 hours per week paying £15,743. Start / finish times are negotiable Our client is a mainstay of the Gloucester business community and distributes their products both nationally and internationally. They have a strong reputation within their field for providing an excellent range of products to suit their customers needs. As Export Sales Administrator for our client you will be processing export orders and completing all the required documentation ensuring that everything is in order. You will also be providing support to the UNK Sales department as required. As Export Sales Administrator your duties will involve: - liaising with freight forwarders - update relevant requirements for shipping regulations and maintain correct tariffs - complete customs formalities of proof of shipments - input new product orders and amend existing product orders - complete all Bill of Exchange and Letter of Credit bank documentation where appropriate The successful Export Sales Administrator will need to demonstrate the following skills: - excellent organisation skills - strong working knowledge of MS office including Outlook - strong telephone manner - confident personality - experience in the manufacturing sector would be a distinct advantage as would previous shipping knowledge If you are actively looking we would love to receive your CV.
