Accountant

Accountant required. My client is a well-established accountancy practice based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. They are seeking a fully-qualified accountant to join their friendly team on a part-time basis, ideally over three/four days per week in the office. My client prides themselves on the service that they provide to all of their clients. They offer a full range of accountancy and taxation services in a wide variety of industries, including; charities, individuals and businesses. Accountant Position Overview Manage a portfolio of clients Oversee other members of staff Meet with our clients regularly, to find out their needs and requirements Take care of adhoc tasks as and when they arise The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an accountancy practice, and be fully qualified ACA/ACCA. Accountant Position Requirements Fully ACA/ACCA qualified, or QBE Previous experience working in an accountancy practice is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident dealing with clients face to face Knowledge/experience using various accountancy software This is a part-time opportunity, with the ideal candidate looking to work for three or four days per week in the office. Accountant Position Remuneration £40,000-£50,000 basic salary (pro rata - depending on experience) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Standard pension Staff social events This is a fully-office based role so a suitable commute to the Waterlooville area is essential for the successful candidate.
